Lead by Sr. Bishop Arthur N. Werts

Bishop Arthur Werts, a devoted leader with TMCI since 1990, serves as Pastor of Second Baptist Church in Ruther Glen, Virginia, where he has guided spiritual and numerical growth since 2002. A Norfolk native committed to education, he holds two master’s degrees and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity. A retired IRS executive and U.S. Air Force Colonel, Pastor Werts shares his life and ministry with his wife, Reverend Saundra Werts, their two children, and five cherished grandchildren.
